We will kick off the planning process with a consultation call.
Following the call, you’'ll receive a client agreement and questionnaire. Once completed, We will begin the research based on your preferences. We will handle the research regarding custom experiences, hotel, restaurants, and general logistics. If authorized, we will also book those items.
Following the initial research, we will provide options for your trip and request your feedback. Two proposals are included in your planning fee.
After booking, you’ll receive a full trip itinerary in an easy to use app. This will be the version of your itinerary you can review on the go.
